Incmaxx 2-Year Warranty

Every watch sold by Incmaxx comes with a 2-year Incmaxx Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is provided directly by Incmaxx and begins on the original date of purchase.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturer defects in movement or mechanical function.
  • Defects in materials affecting the watch's normal operation.
  • Failure of components under normal use within the warranty period.

What is NOT Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or impact.
  • Water damage exceeding the manufacturer's water resistance rating.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet.
  • Battery replacement (for quartz watches) after the first year.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or service.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Important Information About Brand Warranties

  • Incmaxx is an independent retailer and not an authorized dealer of the brands we sell.
  • Our watches are 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced through authorized international distribution channels.
  • Some brands (such as Longines, Omega, Tissot, and others) offer extended international warranties of 2 to 5 years through their authorized dealer network. Because Incmaxx is not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty cannot be honored at brand boutiques or service centers.
  • To replace this, we provide our own 2-year Incmaxx Warranty on every watch, honored directly by us. This covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
  • All warranty service is performed by Incmaxx or our authorized service partners.
  • If you require an authorized brand warranty, we recommend purchasing from an official brand boutique.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us — Email service@incmaxx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
  2. Approval — We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a service authorization number.
  3. Ship — Send the watch insured with tracking to the provided service address. Customer is responsible for shipping the watch to us.
  4. Service — We will inspect, repair, or replace the watch at our discretion. Repair or replacement typically takes 2-4 weeks.
  5. Return — We will ship the repaired or replacement watch back to you free of charge within the contiguous United States.

Check Your Warranty Status

Existing customers can check the warranty status of their purchase by signing in to their account. Your warranty activation date, expiration date, watch model, and serial number are linked to your order details.

Warranty Period

The 2-year warranty period begins on the original date of purchase from Incmaxx. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all warranty claims. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

Incmaxx's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the watch. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or other indirect damages.
