- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently offered through our website.
- Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
- All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, fully insured.
- Signature is required upon delivery for all packages.
Processing & Handling Time
- In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Delivery Times
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or remote locations may affect delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Insurance & Security
- All shipments are fully insured for the full purchase value.
- Adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of high-value items.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 10 business days of the shipment date so we can file an insurance claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item.
- Insurance claims are processed by the carrier and may take up to 2 weeks.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay delivery or cause the package to be returned. Customers are responsible for any reshipment costs caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to California, where Incmaxx is based. Orders to other states are not subject to sales tax at this time.
