Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery (delivery date proof required).
- Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all factory plastics, tags, original box, sleeve, manuals, warranty card, and accessories.
- Any signs of wear, sizing, link removal, scratches, or missing components may void eligibility or result in a partial refund.
- Limited editions, special orders, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Request — Email service@incmaxx.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval — We will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you an RMA number with the return shipping address.
- Ship — Customer is responsible for return shipping. Ship insured with tracking to the provided RMA address. We recommend UPS or FedEx with full insurance.
- Inspection — Our team verifies condition and completeness within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Refund or Exchange — Refund issued to original payment method (3-5 business days to post). Exchanges ship after inspection passes.
Packaging Requirements
- Use a rigid shipping box with sufficient padding. Do not ship the manufacturer's box alone.
- Seal all sides with strong tape and remove old shipping labels if reusing boxes.
- Include all original items: outer sleeve, inner box, manuals, warranty card, links, tags, and plastics.
- Insure for full purchase value and email us the tracking number.
Refund Timeline
- Return approved: 1-2 business days
- Transit back to us: 2-7 business days (depending on shipping speed)
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Refund posted to original payment: 3-5 business days after approval
Important Notes
- Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- No restocking fee for items returned in original brand-new condition with all packaging.
- Items returned with missing accessories, sized bracelets, or signs of wear may incur a restocking fee or be refused.
- Defective on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos or video for priority resolution. In confirmed defect cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- International orders: duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
