Returns & Exchanges
How we handle returns, exchanges, inspections, and refunds for INCMAXX orders.
1. General return window
We want you to be confident with every purchase. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the condition requirements below.
2. Condition of returned watches
Because we specialize in watches and collectors’ pieces, returned items must meet strict condition standards:
- Watch must be in unworn or like-new condition.
- All original stickers, tags, films, and protective covers should remain intact (if applicable).
- Original box, warranty cards, booklets, links, tags, and any accessories must be included.
- No additional scratches, dents, signs of wear, or bracelet resizing beyond what was shipped.
Watches that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible for return.
3. Non-returnable items
The following are generally not eligible for return, except where required by law:
- Special-order or custom-order items requested specifically for you.
