Are INCMAXX watches 100% authentic?

Yes — every watch is guaranteed authentic. We source from authorized distributors and vetted partners only. Boxes, manuals, and serials are included when supplied by the brand.

What warranty do you provide?

INCMAXX Warranty covers manufacturer defects for the term shown on the product page (typically 2–5 years depending on brand). It does not cover wear‑and‑tear, water damage from misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Movement defects — covered
  • Battery replacement — covered in the first year on quartz models
  • Bracelet/strap wear — not covered
Do you offer fast & free shipping?

Yes — fast, insured shipping within the USA. Same‑day dispatch for most in‑stock orders placed before 1pm PT. Signature may be required for high‑value items.

Need a specific delivery date? Chat with us — we’ll aim to meet it.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when items are unworn, unused, and complete with all original packaging, stickers, and tags intact. A small restocking fee may apply if protective materials are removed.

Can you size the bracelet before shipping?

Yes — leave your wrist size at checkout (in inches or cm). We’ll size it and include any removed links in the box.

Is my watch safe for swimming or showering?

Check the rating on the product page:

  • 30m: splashes only
  • 50m: light swimming
  • 100m+: swimming/snorkel

Always keep the crown fully pushed/screwed in before water exposure.

Quartz vs. automatic — what’s the difference?

Quartz uses a battery and is very accurate with minimal upkeep. Automatic is powered by wrist movement; may gain/lose a few seconds per day and benefits from periodic servicing (3–5 years).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — select countries only. Duties/taxes may be charged by your customs authority on delivery.

Sales tax & price match?

Sales tax applies only to orders shipping within California. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized source, contact us — we’ll do our best to match it.

What payment methods & protection do you offer?

How do I track my order?
